Luxe Insights Academy is designed for marketing, brand, commercial and insights professionals building their careers in luxury and premium. It is particularly relevant once you have a few years of experience and want to move beyond strong execution towards greater strategic contribution and influence.

No. The Academy is specifically designed to make intelligence useful and accessible to professionals who are not data analysts or research specialists. You’ll learn how to work with evidence, identify meaningful insight and use it to support better business decisions — without technical complexity.

The programme is designed specifically around the realities of luxury and premium businesses. It will be most relevant if you currently work in the sector or are building a career within it.

The core Academy is structured across four modules, designed to be completed over four weeks. You’ll move progressively from strategic foundations, through insight development and decision-making, to communicating your recommendations with influence. The AI component is provided as a bonus layer alongside the core Academy.

Allow approximately 2-3 hours per week for the lessons and practical application.

You’ll have 12 months’ access, so you can return to the lessons, tools and resources if work or life interrupts your four-week learning journey. However, we strongly recommend completing the programme sequentially and continuously, as each stage builds on the last and live Q&A sessions take place during the initial programme period.

The Founding Cohort includes three live Q&A sessions with Emilia, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, explore how the learning applies to real situations and deepen your understanding alongside other participants.
What if I can’t attend a live Q&A?
Submit your questions anyway. Each session will be recorded and shared with you, and questions can also be answered personally in writing where needed.

Yes. Luxe Insights Academy is professional development, and your employer can purchase your place on your behalf.

Complete Module 1 and, if you decide the Academy isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 7 days of first accessing Module 1, provided you have completed the required Module 1 learning and activities and have not accessed Module 2.
Approved refunds are subject to a AUD $250 administration and Course Materials fee. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
